Privacy Policy — Bunny's Town

This Privacy Policy describes how Bunny's Town ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. It applies to the App on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

1. Information We Collect

During normal gameplay: none. The App runs entirely offline while you play. It does not:

• Collect or transmit personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, address)
• Use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• Use advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID)
• Require accounts, sign-in, or registration to play
• Include social features, chat, messaging, or user-generated content upload

When you make a purchase (optional): Bunny's Town offers optional subscriptions and a one-time "Lifetime" unlock, protected behind a parental gate and intended to be initiated by a parent or guardian. To process and manage a purchase, the following limited information is processed:

• Purchase and transaction data — the product purchased, purchase/renewal and refund status, and store receipts (handled by Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing).
• A device or app identifier and basic device information — an identifier generated by our subscription provider and the billing system, plus your device's operating-system version and model. This is used to link a purchase to your device, validate receipts, let you restore purchases across your own devices, and understand aggregate subscription performance.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or any advertising identifier for these purchases.

2. How We Use This Information

Purchase-related information is used only to:

• Process your purchase and validate receipts
• Unlock and manage your subscription entitlements (unlocked content)
• Let you restore purchases across devices signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account
• Understand aggregate subscription performance (for example, how many subscriptions are active)

We do not use this information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or tracking you across other apps or websites. We do not sell your information.

3. Third-Party Services

Purchases are handled by the following service providers, who process data on our behalf or as the payment platform:

• Apple (StoreKit) on iOS and Google (Google Play Billing) on Android — process the payment under their own privacy policies.
• RevenueCat, Inc. — our subscription-management provider, which validates receipts and manages entitlements on our behalf as a service provider (data processor). RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent purposes, and we do not share it for advertising.

Data transmitted for purchases is encrypted in transit.

4. Local Data Storage

All gameplay state — including character outfits, room layouts, in-app drawings on the whiteboard and easel, and game progress — is saved exclusively on your device using the platform's standard app-sandbox storage. This local data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to us or any third party
• Is automatically removed when you uninstall the App
• May be included in your device's own system backup (Apple iCloud Device Backup or Google backup) if you have that enabled — this is managed entirely by Apple or Google, not by us

5. Children's Privacy

Bunny's Town is designed for children ages 3–8. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation child provisions (GDPR-K), and the Apple and Google children's / families policies:

• We do not display third-party advertising.
• We do not include behavioral tracking, analytics on your child's activity, or social features.
• We do not collect any advertising identifier from anyone.
• Purchases are placed behind an age-appropriate parental gate and are intended to be made by a parent or guardian. The limited purchase information described above is used only to deliver and manage the purchase — never to profile children or for advertising.

If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a child in a way not described here, please contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly.

6. Permissions

The App requests internet access only to process purchases and validate subscriptions. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, location, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, or other sensitive device features.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Purchase and subscription information is retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and financial-record obligations.
• You may request deletion of your subscription data at any time by emailing projectbunnytown@gmail.com. We will forward the request to our subscription provider, which supports data deletion.
• All locally stored gameplay data is removed automatically when you uninstall the App.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region (including under GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Because we do not maintain accounts or store personal profiles, the only information associated with you is the limited purchase data described above. 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date and version number above, and for material changes we will provide notice within the App or on our website prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the App after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is provided for the global distribution of the App and is intended to comply with applicable privacy laws including, but not limited to:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, European Union) and its child-user provisions (GDPR-K)
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, California, United States)
• Apple App Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies (including their children's / families requirements)
