This Privacy Policy describes how Bunny's Town ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. This policy applies to the App distributed on the Apple App Store.

Plain-language summary: Bunny's Town is a fully offline children's game. We do not collect, transmit, share, or store any personal information about you or your child. All gameplay data stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

Bunny's Town operates entirely offline. The App does not:

Collect or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII)
Use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
Use device identifiers (such as IDFA, IDFV, or advertising IDs)
Require user accounts, sign-in, or registration
Connect to our servers or any external services
Communicate with any third party during normal gameplay

The App does not use the Apple App Tracking Transparency framework because it does not track users.

2. Local Data Storage

All gameplay state — including character outfits, room layouts, in-app drawings on the whiteboard and easel, and game progress — is saved exclusively on your device using Apple's standard app sandbox storage (Application.persistentDataPath).

This local data:

Never leaves your device
Is not transmitted to us or any third party
Is automatically removed by iOS when you uninstall the App
Can be backed up via Apple's iCloud Device Backup if you have it enabled (managed entirely by Apple, not by us)

We do not have access to this data.

3. Permissions We Do Not Request

To make our privacy practices fully transparent, the App does not request access to:

Camera
Microphone
Photo Library
Location Services
Contacts
Bluetooth
Local Network
Push Notifications
Health data, Motion data, or any other sensitive device feature

If iOS displays a permission prompt during gameplay, it may originate from system-level features (such as the cellular data prompt on first launch) that Apple presents independently of our app's behavior.

4. Third-Party Services

The current version of Bunny's Town integrates no third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

Future Versions

A future version of the App is expected to introduce optional in-app subscriptions. When that update is released, we will:

Update this Privacy Policy with a new Effective Date
Disclose any third-party services used to process subscriptions (such as Apple's StoreKit and a subscription management service like RevenueCat)
Clarify that subscription processing is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy and that any anonymized subscription identifiers are not linked to personal information

The current version of this Privacy Policy describes the App as it exists today, with no subscription functionality and no external data processing.

5. Children's Privacy

Bunny's Town is designed for children ages 3-8 and is submitted to the Apple App Store under the Kids 4+ category.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K), and Apple's App Review Guideline 5.1.4 (Kids Category):

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or from any user
We do not display third-party advertising
We do not include behavioral tracking, analytics, or social features
We do not include external links, web browsing, or in-app purchases that bypass the iOS Parental Gate (when subscriptions are added in a future version, they will be protected by an age-appropriate parental gate)

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers:

There is no personal data for us to delete, export, or correct on your behalf
You can remove all locally stored gameplay data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:

Update the Effective Date and Last Updated date at the top of this document
Increment the version number

Your continued use of the App after the Effective Date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
