This page covers Bunny's Town 3D: Trains & Cars only. Our other game, Bunny's Town, has its own page at bunnystown.github.io.
Tap the station, and every place the track can connect to lights up. Tap one to start from, then tap where you want the train to go. A route is drawn for you to look at — you can swap it for a different one, and nothing is built until you tap the tick. The track pieces, curves, level crossings and warning gates are all placed for you. Roads work the same way, starting from the town square.
Tap a vehicle once to select it, tap it again, and a camera button appears above it. Tap that to climb in. In the train and the cars you get a throttle and a horn; in a car you also choose which way to turn at the next junction. You can also step into any of the animals who live in the town and walk around on foot. Switch between first-person and third-person view at any time.
There is nothing to lose and nothing to fail. There are no goals, no scores, no timers and no coins. Anything that has been placed can be removed again with teardown, and the town saves itself automatically.
Twenty-two things are free to build with from the very first tap, and the whole core of the game — building, laying rails and roads, driving, and the animals living their day — works without paying anything. One purchase unlocks the other sixty-three buildings, vehicles and animal characters. It is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription, and everything we add to the game afterwards is included at no extra cost.
No. The purchase button is behind a simple arithmetic question that is meant for an adult, and the payment itself still goes through your device's normal App Store confirmation. Your child can look at the locked items without any way to buy them.
Open the unlock screen and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Restoring needs an internet connection, even though playing does not.
First try Restore with an internet connection and the correct Apple Account. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and we will help. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Press and hold the reset button on the opening screen for two seconds. This gives you a brand-new randomly generated map to build on. Please note: the town you built before is not kept — resetting clears it so you can start fresh.
That is meant to happen. If nobody touches the screen for a few seconds the controls quietly disappear so you can simply watch the town carry on by itself. Touch the screen and everything comes back.
No — building, driving and saving all work without a connection. A connection is only needed to make or restore a purchase.
